Delete your entire account

We will close your bindl Companion account and delete the personal information associated with it, including your profile, preferences, and saved resources. Some records may be retained where the law requires it (for example, to meet safety, legal, or funding-reporting obligations). We will tell you if that applies.

Delete specific data

Prefer to keep your account but remove certain information? Tell us exactly what you would like deleted and we will handle it. Examples: your profile photo, contact details, or particular notes or documents.

How long deletion takes

We complete verified deletion requests within 90 days of confirming your request. In most cases it is much sooner. We may keep limited records for longer only where the law requires it (for example, to meet safety, legal, or funding-reporting obligations), and we will tell you if that applies to you.
